Shipping Information

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

  1. Browse through our products and add them to your cart.
  2. Navigate to the Checkout page.
  3. Enter your personal details, delivery address, contact number, etc.
  4. Select the Payment method. (Cash, Credit/Debit card)
  5. Double-check the accuracy of the submitted information. Finally, place the order

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.

Our deliveries are usually complete within 2-3 working days but we have specified the delivery period as 2-5 working days to ensure that you do not get disappointed in case of unexpected external factors such as political rallies, bad weather conditions, seasonal traffic surges, etc…

Go to my account page and click on the order tab. Then you can view the order you want to track. The tracking number and order pick-up date by career are available on top of the order details, or You will receive an email with a tracking number, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

For live tracking, click on the track order button, and you will be redirected to the career website. Enter the tracking number and track where the order is. Once the order is picked up by the courier company, the order status may display as order completed or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 06 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Gift Vouchers/ Gift Cards

A virtual gift card is a digital version of a traditional gift card. It is preloaded with a set amount of money, and the recipient can use it to shop online at shopello.lk. Virtual gift cards are often sent via email, and they can be redeemed by entering the code. At the checkout, enter the gift card code in the “Gift Card Code” field.

When you receive a gift card, it is important to remember that it can be used until the credit is exhausted. This means that you can make multiple purchases with the card as long as the total amount does not exceed the balance.

If you have a gift card with a small balance, you can try to use it to buy something that is close to the value of the card. You can also try to combine the card with other payment methods to make a larger purchase.

Your wallet will receive a credit of 100 Rupees for becoming a member.

Your wallet will receive 50 Rupees as payment for your review of the purchased item.

Your wallet will receive a credit of 1 Rupee for visiting the website and logging in to your account.

Referring Signups

Your wallet will receive a credit of 200 rupees for referring new member signups once a new member is placed a Minimum order amount: of Rs. 2000

The cashback reward system is the type of loyalty program that offers our customers a percentage or fixed amount of their purchase price back in cash to their digital wallet.

  • You can go to my account and copy your referral URL under the My Wallet Referrals tab.
  • Once a new member signs up through the link and the new member has placed a Minimum order amount of Rs. 4000, you will get a referral credit in your wallet.

As long as our digital wallet policy stays the same, the digital wallet balance will not expire.
