COD Terms & Conditions
- COD is only available for orders below Rs.10,000/- in the cart.
- An additional COD fee of Rs.100.00 will be charged apart from the Delivery Cost at the Checkout Page.
- COD orders will be delivered within 4-7 working days once the Operations team confirms the order.
- Shopello.lk reserves the right to cancel any COD if the verification process is incomplete.
Bank Transfers
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. This is crucial to ensure accurate identification of your payment and timely processing of your order. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Once you have initiated the bank transfer, kindly allow a reasonable amount of time for the funds to be processed and reflected in our account. This duration may vary depending on your bank and the type of transfer.

Installment Payments (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Installment payment is a payment method that allows you to pay for your purchase from our store over Three (03) installments. The first installment shall be required to be paid at the time of purchase. The remaining two installments will be due monthly over the next two months.
